- Event tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- To prevent scalping, real-name registration is required for this event. When creating an account on ZAIKO, please enter your full name as shown on a valid identification document (ID card/passport/student ID, etc.). You are also required to present this ID document to enter the event venue. Once tickets are purchased, the name cannot be modified.
- Each ZAIKO member can purchase a maximum of one “Purchaser's Ticket” and three “Guest Tickets” per offline session. “Purchaser Tickets” are non-transferable, while “Guest Tickets” can be transferred to other ZAIKO members. - Before accepting a “Guest Ticket”, please ensure that the name shown in your user information is correct. Once received, the name on the ticket cannot be changed. Incomplete transfers of “Guest Tickets” cannot be used for entry.
- 1v1 meet-and-greet tickets are available only to holders of OFFLINE “Purchaser Tickets”. Holders of ONLINE ticket as well as “Guest Tickets” cannot purchase meet-and-greet tickets.
- Each ZAIKO member can only purchase ONE meet-and-greet ticket. If you purchase two or more meet-and-greet tickets, the later ticket(s) will be automatically canceled and refunded. Platform fees incurred during ticket purchase will not be refunded.
- Meet-and-greet tickets are non-transferable.
- Event-exclusive merchandise can only be collected on-site.

Q: What should I do if I didn’t fill in my name when purchasing tickets?
A: When purchasing tickets, the name on the ticket will show the information provided in your Zaiko user profile. Please ensure that your user information is accurate before purchasing tickets, as name modifications are not allowed after purchase. Upon entry, you must present a valid identification document (ID card/passport/student ID, etc.) that matches the name on the ticket.
Q: I purchased an online ticket/Venue Tour Livestream free ticket. Can I buy a one-on-one meet-and-greet ticket?
A: No, only those who have purchased an offline ticket are eligible to buy a one-on-one meet-and-greet ticket.
Q: What’s the difference between regular offline tickets and premium offline tickets?
A: Premium offline tickets offer seating in a different area from regular tickets. Holders of premium tickets can enter the venue through a separate channel and receive additional event perks.
Q: Can I purchase both multiple livers’ meet-and-greet tickets simultaneously?
A: No, each person can only purchase ONE meet-and-greet ticket regardless of the number of offline tickets purchased. If you purchase two or more meet-and-greet tickets, the later ticket(s) will be automatically canceled and refunded. Platform fees incurred during ticket purchase will not be refunded.
Q: I only bought an online ticket. Can I purchase event-exclusive merchandise?
A: Yes, holders of all types of event tickets are eligible to buy event-exclusive merchandise (including Venue Tour Livestream). However, all merchandise must be collected on-site as no shipping is available.
Q: Is there an age restriction for the event?
A: This event is open to participants aged 12 and above. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Virtual Rhapsody showcases a vibrant array of live performances by virtual talents in the form of story-based concert and meet-and-greet opportunities. Virtual, signifying the futuristic entertainment era, also ignites a spark of electric excitement that is intertwined with free-flowing inspiration as highlighted by Rhapsody. The goal of this event is to add storytelling elements to existing Vtuber events, transcending physical barriers to touch hearts and stimulate minds through face-to-face interaction with fans from all over the world.
- The live streaming URL can only be watched through the ZAIKO account used at the time of purchase.
- Even if the URL is shared and shared on SNS, the stream cannot be watched without your ZAIKO account.
- Before purchasing a ticket, please read the terms and conditions carefully, and make sure that you have the recommended network environment and environment for watching online live streaming.
- Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded in any circumstances except the event is canceled.
- If you start watching from the middle of the stream, the live will be synchronized with the current time, and you cannot play it from the start. You will be able to watch from any point in the video archived video.
- Due to network issues, the sound and video may not be synced. If this happens, there is a possibility that the organizer will stop the stream and reset. This would cause the stream to be down for a short period of time.
- The organizer does not take responsibility for any failures due to user network environment and audio-visual environment.
- Users will be in charge of the costs of network usage.
- Live streaming requires a high speed of network for the best results. Wi-Fi is highly recommended.
- All videos (including sounds) are protected by law, including copyright laws, and the rights belong to the event organizer. - After the live stream has finished, ticket purchasers can watch the archived video within a few hours time.
- You may watch the archived video as many times as you want during the archive period.
