Purchase Notice

• All products are only available for pick-up on the day of the event, no shipping service is provided.
• A valid order and user name must be provided when picking up the goods, please do not pick up for others.
• The pick-up time on the day is from 12:00 to 21:00.
• A small amount of stock will be sold on site, while stocks last.
• Each item is limited to a maximum purchase of 4 per person (with the exception of badges, which have a maximum purchase limit of 20 per person).

Refunds

If you are unable to exchange your merchandise at the venue on the day of the event, 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded. If you wish to receive a refund, please contact ZAIKO Customer Support with the following information.

※Only ticket purchasers are eligible for refunds.
※No other person can apply for a refund on your behalf.

• Your name at the time of purchase
• Order code
• Passport or other photo identification

The last refund application date is 2024/05/26.
